- Primary renter must be 21 or older, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. Registered guest must remain on-site for the duration of the stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
- No parties or events. Loud music, large gatherings, or excessive vehicles are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors (including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes). Cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest if violated.
- Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Maximum 4 vehicles. Do not block neighbors' homes or driveways.
- Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
- BBQ to be operated by responsible adults only.
- No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed.
- Compliance with all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations is required. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
- Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including code enforcement penalties.

- Pool heating is available by request for an additional daily fee of $125 plus tax, billed in advance if requested.
